From 2020 to 2024, we were engaged in the WHO on significant projects. Our most recent project, which commenced in September 2023 and concluded in July 2024, served over 120 educational centers, clinical healthcare facilities, and medical units across Iran. Our primary responsibilities included:

• Customs Clearance Formalities: Navigated complex customs processes in Iran with meticulous planning and agile management to ensure compliance and smooth project initiation.
• Domestic Transportation: Coordinated with local forwarding companies to transport equipment across Iran using over 200 trucks, each thoroughly examined for safety before departure.
• Inventory and Warehousing: Managed a warehouse equipped with air conditioning, lighting, CCTV cameras, security alarms, and fire extinguishers to store over 500 pieces of medical and laboratory equipment.
• Installation and After-Sales Support: Supervised the installation and training of over 500 pieces of laboratory and medical equipment in collaboration with subcontractors.
• Training and Instruction: Provided comprehensive training for 162 focal points on the operation of over 500 pieces of equipment.
