One of our notable partnerships was with the World Health Organization (WHO), one of our leading contractors from 2020 until 2024. Our recent project started in September 2023 and finished in July 2024, serving over 120 educational centres, clinical healthcare, and medical units across Iran. Our primary duties in this project included:

• Customs Clearance Formalities: Navigating customs affairs in Iran is a complex aspect of international business, requiring appropriate and agile management. We ensured everything was in order through meticulous planning before starting the project.
• Domestic Transportation: We coordinated with local forwarding companies to transport equipment across Iran using more than 200 trucks. Safety is our priority; each one undergoes a technical examination before departure.
• Inventory and Warehousing: We rented and equipped a warehouse with air conditioning, lighting, CCTV cameras, security alarms, fire extinguishers, and more to store over 500 pieces of medical and laboratory equipment and accessories (35 x 40′ containers).
• Installation and After-Sales Support: We organized and supervised the installation and training of over 500 pieces of laboratory and medical equipment with the cooperation of subcontractors.
• Training and Instruction for Technicians and Operators: After distributing the equipment and ensuring site preparation, our next step was installation and training. We managed the installation and training of over 500 pieces of equipment and trained 162 focal points for application.
